Valid users, USA bonus and troubleshooting

Who is a valid user?
Following the champions league, we would like to phrase more accurately the meaning of a valid user.
Officially, a valid user is a real, specific person who uses his active mail address and his real phone number to vote for you from his personal computer.
Anybody who doesn't follow these specifications, is not a valid user.
It means that the e-mail address you provide us has to be an address you really use to reply incoming e-mails. Why? Because when we suspect a cheater, we block him from voting – and the only way to unblock it, is by replying the mail we send you. You don't have to worry about giving us your mail since we don't spam. You can even ask our prior users.

USA BONUS
Our SMS service from USA is now working, therefore we want to attract some users from USA to participate on inter8ing. That's why we're applying a special USA bonus as of this week!
-Each vote you'll get from an identified US voter, is worth 4 points. Where do you get US voters? Well, you can browse them with your myspace profile.
-plus, we're giving a special bonus prize for the best US competitor
The profile from US who gets the largest number of votes, wins a 100$ prize, in addition to the weekly prize – in case he has more than 100 points from US voters.

Want to improve inter8ing?
If you have any suggestion about improving the competition, visit the troubleshoot group that was opened by Gnot.

That's a very helpful group for all of us, that can make inter8ing more effective and fun.
